During your “Free” trial period you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program, what we do, our workouts, and answer any questions you may have. You will learn some of our basic movements and experience a CrossFit workout!

Attend our On-Ramp Course

The next step following your intro class is taking our On-Ramp course. During your On-Ramp classes you will learn more fundamental movements and skills that will be needed to safely perform our workouts. You will also learn about scaling workouts, working on mechanics and how to slowly increase intensity.

Select a Membership Program

Now that you have completed your On-Ramp Course you can choose a Membership Program that best suits your fitness goals. We have several programs to select from.
